Booking & Payment


By booking a party with Entertainment Emporium, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The booking is not secured until the deposit has been received.
  • Full payment is required before the event. An email will be sent with a link to settle the remaining balance prior to the party date.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event due to illness or accident are eligible for a deposit refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • If you cancel your booking for any other reason, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you will receive a credit note for the deposit amount, which can be used for any future booking.
  • This credit can be used at any time in the future for any available entertainment option of equal value.
  • Credit notes do not expire and can be transferred to another booking if needed.
  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

 

Event Requirements

  • The Client must provide a safe and suitable space for the performance.
  • If the event is held outdoors, a backup indoor option should be available in case of poor weather.

Under no circumstances will EE Kids Parties or its performers be held liable for any loss, damages, or consequential loss of any kind resulting from non-performance or inadequate performance by a performer at the Client’s event.
